On March 28, 2022, Ms. Kuy Sodaly led the second grade students of American Intercon School, Mao Tse Tong campus to organize a life skills program on fried chicken thighs. The purpose of this program was to allow students to learn about variety of food ingredients such as chicken, pork ribs, cooking oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, flour, soup, sugar, salt, pepper, and lemon. How to make this dish: First, we had to cut the chicken into small pieces, mix the chicken with the soup powder, oyster sauce, and sugar. Then, we had to let it cool down a bit, add the oil, fry the chicken thighs to cook for the students to know and how to make it in daily life. After the food was cooked, the teacher put the dishes together, and ate the food together in a very friendly atmosphere.
