On May 20, 2022, American Intercon School committee of Mao Tse Tong campus organized a life skill program on frying corn with seafood for first graders for morning and afternoon shifts. This program was led by Ms. Eang Rompeoung. The purpose of this program was to enable young students to understand how to live in society on their own in the future. In addition, students could also develop solidarity and closeness with friends in class and at school. Furthermore, the students practiced making fried corn with seafood. After cooking, the students and the teacher took a photo together and enjoyed the food in a very happy atmosphere. As a result, students received a better understanding of how to fry corn with seafood to connect with the lessons which were being studied in the class.
