On July 14, 2022, American Intercon School committee of Mao Tse Tong campus conducted a life skill programs on making Khmer noodle and dessert for high school students at Lim Kim Noy building. The main purpose of this program was to enable students to learn about the steps and ingredient used in cooking Khmer noodle and dessert so that they would be able to learn to cook these foods by themselves at home. Moreover, they could also enhance their friendship and solidarity with their classmates. In addition, the students were allowed to practice cooking with their friends. As a result, the students and the teacher understood the cooking process and were able to cook and enjoyed having the food together in a very happy atmosphere.
