On May 03, 2022, teacher Sotheavy Ry led grade 8A students of American Intercon School, Phsar Thmey Campus to conduct a Chemistry experiment on “Separation of Mixtures”. At the beginning of the experiment, the teacher showed as well as described the experimental materials such as: water, sand, salt, glass, drying plate, alcohol lamp, alcohol lamp stand, thick aluminum plate, filter, stirrer. It should also be stated that the purposes of the experiment are:
• Students make a mixture of water, salt and sand.
• Students separate sand from salt water using a filter method.
• Students separate salt from water by evaporation.
