On January 30, 2021, American Intercon School Committee conducted peer teaching demonstration for all Khmer subject teachers. This demonstration was led by Mr. Thearith Samon, a grade 9 teacher.
In this demonstration, Mr. Thearith Samon demonstrated some effective techniques and activities in teaching Khmer subject so that all the teachers could get more in-dept understanding. With this sharing, it would help all the teachers to improve thier teaching quality which enabled thier students to learn faster from their class. Besides, Mr. Thearith also provided some critical thinking questions related to Khmer subject for the teachers to discuss and find solutions together.
Furthermore, principals of AIS took part in providing feedbacks for the teaching demonstration. At the end of the teaching, the teachers could learn up-to-date and effective teaching techniques to enhance thier teaching quality.
