Football for charity

On October 23, 2022, at Chea Sim High School, Boeung Kang Korng, there was a 2022 American Intercon School Charity Football Match. Playing sports is very important for building friendship, solidarity and cultivating a sports culture in our youth. It also helps them avoid negative activities that could cause problems in society. In this tournament, there were about 140 participants and seven football teams, as stated below:

6. Royal Mayura Resort FT
7. CA Samba FT

According to the president of the American Intercon School, the main purpose of this competition was to strengthen the relationship between alumni students and the school, teachers, and staff of all departments. Remarkably, the funds raised from this tournament were donated to the Mengly J. Quach Foundation to help poor students who are in need of study materials.
