Examination of plant leaf stomata

On January 4, Ms. Sreylis Kong led the 9th graders in biology class of American Intercon School, Chom Chao campus to do experiment on the topic: Examination of plant leaf stomata. The purpose of this experiment is for the students to describe stomate assembly and tell the function of stomata. It should also be noted that in order to do the experiment, students need materials such as: microscope, razor blade, lamellae, tongs, trays, razors, color water, tissue and balsam leaves. For the experimental process, students have to cut the balsam leaves from the stem, then use the razor blade to cut the balsam leaves on the back and cut the balsam leaves (very thin). Then, take the sliced part, put it on the razor blade, drip it with color water and cover the razor blade and the balm leaves with the lamellae and examine it under the microscope. As a result, students can look at pictures and draw pictures of the stomata in the leaves of the plant.
