On February 25, 2023, the American Intercon School committee organized a biology subject experiment on the topic of DNA macromolecular observations in plants, vegetables, and fruits for 12th grade students of the American Intercon School, which was led by Mrs. Men Pheakdey.
In this experiment, the teacher highlighted the main points of the lesson content to introduce students to the purpose of the lesson related to the observation of DNA macromolecules in plants, vegetables, and fruits. In addition, the teacher presented the experiment materials and the lesson theory in detail, which related to the process of the experiment, by dividing the students into groups of 4 to 5 members and also led the students in each group to practice doing the experiment. As a result, it was found that some fibers floated on the surface of the alcohol after the teacher explained in detail how to do the experiment and lead the experiment, understand the lesson well, and cooperate in participating in practical experiments with careful guidance from the teacher until you get better results and achieve the objectives as expected.
