On January 15, 2022, Mrs. Pheakdey Men conducted an experiment on a topic of “ADN macromolecule observations” for students in grade 12 at QLH building, Mao Tse Tong campus.
In this experiment, Mrs. Pheakdey Men selected two main points related to categorizing ADN macromolecules to teach students. The teacher also presented to students the characteristics of ADN molecule in some fruits such as tomatoes, bananas, and strawberries. Besides, experiment tools were also important in the process which included stand, clear plastic cup, pen, chopping board, knife, plastic bag, salt, soap, alcohol, teaspoon, and tissue. After that the teacher briefly explained the functions of each tool and how to use them. Furthermore, she carefully stated each experiment step for the students which could help them to get clearer picture of the experiment.
For the last activity, students were divided into groups of five in order to conduct the experiment by their own so that they could understand more deeply not only about the theory but also the nature of ADN molecule.
