On March 10, 2023, the American Intercon School committee organized a chemistry experiment under the theme “Daniel Battery and Fruit Battery” for 11th graders in the laboratory of the American Intercon School Building’s head office. This experiment was led and conducted by Mrs. An Vichara, a chemistry teacher.
In the experiment on this topic, the teacher brought the main points of the lesson content to show the students and help them understand the purpose of the lesson related to the experiment of the Daniel battery and the fruit battery. In addition, the teacher showed the experimental materials, such as glass, a cylinder with a calibration capacity of 1000 mL, paper towels, zinc foil, copper ions, zinc ions, and so on. After the teacher presented the materials for the experiment, she also presented the detailed lesson theory related to the process of the experiment by dividing the students into groups of 4 to 5 members. Students were given the chance to practices with additional guidance from the teacher. After a detailed explanation along with careful guidance, the students understood the lesson and cooperated well to achieve the expected objectives.
