Administration Department

Administration Department provides the administrative support needed for the Mengly J. Quach Education to fulfill its core mission. It also provides a broad range of administrative services to faculty, staff, students and other stakeholders of the Mengly J. Quach Education. The department is committed to delivering all of its services with efficiency and nimbleness.

It consists of offices/departments as follows:

1. Administrative Office

Administrative Office provides centralized administrative services and supports the learning experience of our faculty, staff, and students.

1.1. Admission Office

Admission Office provides services as admission and enrollment. The responsibility of the office is to disseminate information to prospective students about the school and admission process.

1.2. Office of the Registrar

Office of the Registrar provides services to staff, students, and alumni related to the classroom, final exam schedule, student attendance, grading, transcripts, and letter of recommendation, certificates, diplomas, student’s ID card, official letters, memos & announcement, and more.

2. Archive Center

Archive Center is a repository of historical documents of the Mengly J. Quach Education that have long-term historical value such as administrative records, manuscripts, photographs, memos, announcement, invitations and more, and is responsible for collecting, managing, preserving and making those records accessible.

3. Information Office

Information Office is the admission of students who wish to begin their studies at the Mengly J. Quach Education (Aii Language Center and American Intercon School).

We are proud on offering individual attention to students and their parents. We have a team of professionals available year-round to answer your questions and provide further guidance, should you need it.

4. MJQE Warehouse

MJQE Warehouse provides a strong support to all departments in whole MJQE to keep all the company’s secondhand materials that moving from other departments to protected any loses and damages to keep it for all departments needed to use.

5. Mengly J. Quach Library

The Mengly J. Quach Library is the resource center of variety of books, magazines, newspapers and other reference materials, where students, teachers and staff of Aii Language Center and American Intercon School can read and do their research. It is a place of comfort for book lovers and learners.

The Mengly J. Quach Library announces great news as we open our doors to the public so that we can promote reading habits to younger generations as well as to encourage them to love reading, to do more research and to broaden their knowledge through reading.

In order to be a Mengly J. Quach Library member, visit us at any Mengly J. Quach Library and fill out the membership form. Once becoming a member, you can have unlimited access to reading as well as to borrow books and reference materials from the Mengly J. Quach Library.

Services

The Mengly J. Quach Library is a place to promote lifelong learnng. We are committed to provide comprehensive resources for our students as well as the public for their learning, teaching and research. As one of the leading educational providers in Cambodia and to riase the awarness of the importance of daily reading, currently the Mengly J. Quach Library provides 10 different locations among the six campuses of Aii Language Center and American Intercon School.
