On January 13, 2022, the American Intercon School committee organized an experiment under a topic of “Reaction of Oxygen Water” led by Mr. Chanthyrith Son, a chemistry teacher, for students in grade 12 at QLH building, Mao Tse Tong campus.
In this experiment, Mr. Chanthyrith Son selected a few main themes of the lesson to demonstrate to the students. The purposes were to enable students to get in-depth understanding about the experiment procedure and how to use experiment instrument so that they would be able to get clearer picture about the chemical reaction between acid and salt solution.
After demonstration and explanation about the experiment procedure and theory, students were divided into group of 4 or 5 in order to practice doing the experiment under the guidance of the teacher in charge. As a result, they worked very cooperatively with one another and successfully achieved the lesson objectives.
