On December 2, 2022, the American Intercon School held a sermon ceremony on “Gratitude of Teachers and Parents” for high school students in grades 10 and 11. In this sermon program, the monks gave advice on moral education, educating the mind, and reminding the students to adhere to the worship of their parents who take care, educate, advise and support their children by all means. Children come to learn and better understand the value of education, as well as to motivate young people to increase their efforts to take care of themselves and not deviate from the virtues in daily life. They adhere to the worship of good parents who have given birth, nurtured, educated, counseled, and supported in every way.
After the students listened to the sermon, some of them were sad and calm and some of them cried because they realized some of the mistakes they had made to their teachers and parents in the past. And some cried, knowing some of the mistakes they had made in the past with their teachers and parents. Moreover, they were determined to correct their mistakes and listen to and receive good advice as a guide. Eat happiness and well-being to benefit yourself.
