On March 18, 2022, teacher Sopheak Heng led grade 4 students of American Intercon School, Phsar Thmey Campus to practice life skills. Before starting the skill, the teacher showed chicken, galanga, garlics, soup powder, sugar, and MSG. It should also be noted that the purposes of the skill are to:
- let students know how to mix ingredients for frying chicken
- let students know how to cook fried chicken and practice
- let students know how to work in a team
- make students responsible for themselves.
