Experiment with Electrolysis of Water for 7th Grade Students

On April 05, 2022, the American Intercon School committee organized an experiment under the theme of ” Electrolysis of water ” for 7th grade students led by a chemistry teacher and his laboratory assistant.

In this experiment, the teacher highlighted the main points of the lesson to present to the students to better understand the separation of water molecules by using electricity and the process of experiment from one stage to another in the laboratory. The teacher then showed the experiment tools to the students which included electric cords, pencils, batteries, plastic plates, brackets and banking soda powder. After presenting the materials used in the experiment, the teacher also presented the detailed lesson theory related to the process of the experiment to the students to get in-dept understanding about the experiment to get better results. After explaining the details of the practice of each stage, the teacher divided the students into 5 groups, each group has 3 to 4 members. After a while, all the students cooperated well in participating in practical experiments with the guidance of the teacher until they got better results and achieved the objectives as expected.
