School Building

Having high and white appearance, Lim Kim Noy Tower of Mao Tse Tong Campus (Head Office) is located in front of Phum 7 primary school, Building 154, Street 402, Sangkat Tumnup Teuk, Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh. The 17-storey Lim Kim Noy building has a total building area of ​​6922 square meters and a land area of ​​400 square meters. The building construction was completed in early 2015 with modern  standards, quality, safety, comfort, 3 elevators, 1 staircase, and 1 emergency stairway.​ Lim Kim Noy Tower is the building which belongs to Nak Oknha. Mengly J. Quach, MD, MPH.

Lim Kim Noy Tower is not a rented building, and it is the sixth academic building after Quach Leng Hao building. All the classrooms are equipped with air conditioners and powerpoint slides to meet the learning needs of the students. Each floor is decorated with flower, sofas, and tables for serving student’s reading purpose.

Lim Kim Noy Tower is officially inaugurated on April 23, 2015. This building is for Khmer General Education students from grade 7 to 12, and it has been officially opened for learning progress since March 31, 2015.

Ngin Huy Building of Mao Tse Tong Campus is located at Building 29, Street 187, Krom 19, Sangkat Tumnup Teuk, Khan Boeung Keng Kang, Phnom Penh. The building has 3 floors and has a total area of ​​2929.9 square meters and land area of 1946.86 square meters.

After being officially renovated, construction began in 2007 and was officially inaugurated on August 16, 2007.

The name Ngin Huy is taken after Nak Oknha Mengly J. Quach, MD, MPH’s grandmother, who is a very kind person towards to her children and everyone around her. Among all the buildings, Ngin Huy was the first building named by Nak Oknha Mengly J. Quach, MD, MPH to pay tribute to his grandmother before other buildings since its inauguration. Ngin Huy Building has been redesigned, renovated and decorated to become more attractive by including the playground and paintings on the walls to attract students to come and learn with fun and fresh learning environment.

Ngin Huy Building is a school for learning Khmer general programs from Preschool to grade 6, which has been opened since the academic year 2007-2008. In the academic year 2007-2008, Ngin Huy building was included an auditorium called Lim Kim Noy Auditorium, which was designed to facilitate important school events. However, in July 2015, Ngin Houy building was dismantled and renovated, and the auditorium was converted into a classroom. Renovation of the building involved remodeling the fences and the gates. Furthermore, it included school playground and offices such as Office of Student Affairs and Academic office by changing the wall from concrete to glass. Then, in 2021 the academic office of Ngin Huy building on the lobby floor was redecorated by changing the flooring and office mirror. The student’s affairs office was moved to Ngin Huy Corner building.

Currently, Ngin Huy building is used for Khmer General Education from Preschool to grade 6.

Ngin Huy Corner Building is located at building 29, street 187, Krom 19, Sangkat Tumnup Toek, Khan Beoung Kangkong, Phnom Penh. This building construction was officially completed in 2017. The building has 6 floors, and it was officially inaugurated on October 17, 2017.

The building was named Ngin Huy Corner due to the fact that it was built near the corner of Ngin Huy building. Moreover, the name was taken after Nak Oknha Mengly J. Quach’s grandmother who was a kind-hearted person towards everyone. In order to pay tribute to this amazing woman, Nak Oknha Mengly J. Quach honorably named the building after her which was the first ever building name given by him.

In 2021, Ngin Huy Corner building was renovated by converting Te Pak restaurant into Student’s Affair Office and Counseling Room. Ngin Huy Corner building of American Intercon School is a 6-storey building which is open for Khmer general education from Preschool to grade 6.

American Intercon School, Toul Kork campus (previously Cambodia Mine Action Center) is located at Building 43, Street 528, Sangkat Beoung Kork 1, Khan Toul Kork, Phnom Penh. AIS Toul Kork is a 6-storey building with total buidling size of 5278.67 square meters and the land size of 2410.42 square meters. AIS Toul Kork buidling is divided into two different buildings. The one at the back called AIS Kids-TK is a buidling for Preschool and elementary grade 4 students, and the other at the front is for students from grade 5 to grade 12. These two buidlings are in the same campus.

AIS TK buidling is an old building which has gone through careful restoration by equiping with high quality structures and facilities both inside and outside the classroom. Due to these features, it creates comfortable learning and working atmosphere for students and staff. Every floor is decorated with furniture such as wooden chairs and tables so that students can gather and discuss about their study.

American Intercon School, Toul Kork campus was officially inauguarated on March 30, 2015 in academic year 2015-2016. On September 28, 2015, the school was opened for students from Preschool to grade 12.

The building of Aii Language Center (Aii) and American Intercon School, Chak Angre campus is located at Building 824, National Road 2, Prey Talong Village, Sangkat Chak Angre Kroum, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh. Aii and AIS building has 5 floors with the total size of 8183.04 square meters and the total land size of 5491.78 square meters.

Aii and AIS building is a used building. After receiving full ownership right, the building was under quick innovation by improving the structure qualities and modern facilities to meet building standard requirements. These new updates have made the building become a comfortable place for learning environment. Aii and AIS building is officially inaugurated on September 26, 2015.

Each classroom of Aii and AIS building, Chak Angre Campus is equipped with security camera, air-conditioners, and fans which create comfortable learning atmosphere for students. Besides, there is a playground and library for students to read and research more to enhance their study. Furthermore, in 2021 the school has built a new football pitch, basketball and volleyball courts in order to make the school campus more attractive.

Aii Language Center and American Intercon School, Choam Chao Campus is located at 222, Veng Sreng Street, Chrey Koung Village, Sangkat Choam Chao II, Khan Por Senchey, Phnom Penh. The 7-storey building has a total land area of ​​656.5 square meters and a total building area of ​​2,870 square meters. After taking control, Aii Language Center and American Intercon School building was renovated, remodeled, and redesigned to meet the quality standards to be a comfortable building for learning. The building has been equipped with security cameras in every lassroom and at the school main area to ensure safety of all the students and staff. The lobby floor and classrooms are well equipped with air conditioners, fans and LED lights that are comfortable for students to study.

After completing the renovation, Aii Language Center and American Intercon School, Chom Chao Campus, were officially inaugurated on February 13, 2019. It has been opened for Khmer general education from Preschool to grade 12. Besides, Aii Language Center also includes English and Chinese langeage into its study program.

Aii Language Center and American Intercon School, Phsar Thmey campus is located at 1C and 13D, corner of Street 53 and 154, Phum 5, Sangkat Phsar Thmey 3, Khan Doun Penh, Phnom Penh, Kingdom of Cambodia. The building has 8 floors with a total building size of ​​425.01square meters and a land size of 151.39 square meters with modern standards, quality, safety, comfort. The building also has 1 elevator and 2 stairs.

In the school building, each classroom is equipped with smart TV and air conditioners to meet the learning needs of the students. On each floor, flower and furniture such as sofas and tables are placed around to make the building environment more attractive for students to sit and read books.

Aii Language Center and American Intercon School, Phsar Thmey Campus, were officially inaugurated on May 08, 2019. The building is opened for students to learn Khmer General Education starting from Preschool to grade 12, and it has allowed students to start their learning since October 16, 2019, including Chinese and English classes in the evening as well.

American Intercon School Building, Chroy Changvar Campus, is standing in white, large, and high appearance which is located along National Road 6A, Kien Khleang Village, Sangkat Prek Leap, Khan Chroy Chongvar, Phnom Penh. The front and the back of the building are lined with Tonle Sap and Mekong rivers. The 8-storey building has a total building size of ​​7521.62 square meters and land area of ​​2612.81 square meters. This building renovation was completed on July 05, 2021 with modern standards, quality, safety and comfort. In addition, there are 2 elevators, 1 stairway and 1 emergency stairway in this building.

In each classroom of American Intercon School, Chroy Chongvar Campus is large and equipped with air conditioners, fans and a variety of modern facilities to meet learning needs of students in the context of new technology. On each floor, there are decorative objects such as vases and paintings. Moreover, there are also furniture including sofas and tables for students to relax and read books. The building was officially inaugurated on July 05, 2021, and it has been opened for Khmer general education from Preschool to grade 12 since June 15, 2021. Currently, the building is a home for students to study in two main shifts from Preschool to grade 12.

The American Intercon School, Siem Reap campus, is located in Salar Konseang village, national road 6A, Sangkat Svay Dorngkum, Siem Reap city, Siem Reap province. This building has 4 floors and is built on a total area of 9355 square meters. For the time being, the AIS Siem Reap campus has been open to all students from preschool to grade 12.

The building has been renovated to be luxurious, strong, and equipped with modern facilities. The classrooms are specially designed to create a comfortable learning environment for all students and teachers. In the corridor, there are wooden chairs for students to sit on and read books or do self-study. ​

This School building was officially inaugurated on July 17, 2022. Currently, it has been opened for all the students to study Khmer general education program from preschool to grade 12 for the new Academic Year 2022-2023 since November 1, 2022.

The Aii Language Center and the American Intercon School Takeo campus is located in Ta Kor Village, Sangkat Roka Knoung, Krong Daun Keo, Takeo province The Aii Language Center building (white building) has 7 floors and is built on a total area of 537 square meters. The two buildings are close to each other on the same road spaciously designed with high standards for quality and safety measures, and all the classrooms are equipped with modern facilities that make the learning environment fresh and comfortable for all the students.

The Aii Language Center, Takeo campus, were officially inaugurated on October 20, 2022. Obviously, the building has been opened for AIS students for Summer Program for New Academic Year since September 1, 2022, and new AIS Academic Year 2022-2023 has started since November 01, 2022 for all the student from preschool to grade 12. The building is currently open to students from preschool to grade 12, with two study shifts in the morning and afternoon and in the near future, there will be language classes such as English, Chinese, and Thai in the evening.
