Mrs. Lyhong Ung has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Mengly J. Quach Education (MJQE)​​ as well as a General Manager of the Office of Cultural Affairs since 2005.

Mrs. Ung was born in Siem Reap province, Cambodia, in 1979.  She grew up and obtained her High School Diploma at Toun Fa Chinese School, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in 1997. Now, she is currently living and working in Cambodia.

Before obtaining her current position, Mrs. Ung was the General Manager of Mengly J. Quach Education during 2005-2014 and General Manager at the Camtrade Corporation Ltd. (Nissan), Cambodia during 1999-2004.
