On Tuesday, February 20, 2024, Teacher Sothea Sok led Grade 10 students of American Intercon School, Head Office to do the experiment about how to make fermented black sticky rice related to biology subject. This experiment aimed to offer students a better understanding of the lessons that can provide real knowledge and enhance their memory in the study of theory. Moreover, students could practice, collaborate and work well together as a team.
