Office of the Operations

Office of the Operations is responsible for the underlying infrastructure of Mengly J. Quach Education in full support of the company’s mission and vision. The office oversees all operational divisions of the company such as School and Public Safety Department, CCTV Unit, Property Management Unit​, Office of the Inspection, Sokchanthorn Ngen Visual Art Center, General Productions and Office of the Legal Counsel.

Office of the Operations plays a very important role as follows:

• Report and work next to Founder, Chairman and CEO
• Execute and implement the company’s strategies
• Implement an organizational change or new initiative
• Supervise employees and promote their growth
• Oversee ongoing business operations with the company
• Provide operational support and coordination to each office/department
• Analyse data to inform operational decisions or activities
• Review financial statements, sales, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
